Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead a team of technical staff in the maintenance and repair of audio-visual and animated systems.
    • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Conduct regular maintenance and repair of audio-visual and animated systems to ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
    • Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance and repair of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels of spare parts and materials to ensure adequate stock levels.
    • Develop and implement procedures for the ordering and receipt of spare parts and materials.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of technical services.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technical services are aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement procedures for the testing and validation of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
    • Identify and report any quality control issues to management.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • Associate's degree or vocational/technical degree preferred.
    • Experience
      • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a technical or maintenance role.
      • Basic understanding of electronics, audio-visual systems, and animatronics.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Maintenance Connection, Kronos, and JDE.
    • Skills
      • Strong leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
