A Flight Operations Coordinator is responsible for aligning meal counts with passenger counts for each scheduled flight.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review assigned flights with the onboard service team to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Conduct on-site checks of the flight unit as necessary.
  • Manage communications, maintain logs, and address any issues or delays that arise.
  • Coordinate with onboard service personnel regarding flight specifics, including passenger numbers and special meal requests.

Qualifications:

Education:
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience:
Up to one year of relevant experience is preferred.

Technical Skills:
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.

Communication Skills:
Ability to read and write effectively to complete necessary documentation.
Must communicate efficiently with supervisors and colleagues.

Job Requirements:
  • Adhere to a flexible work schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Be available for overtime as needed.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Follow company policies and complete administrative tasks accurately.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a positive demeanor while working independently in a dynamic airport environment.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Work Environment:

Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels is expected.
Must be capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds regularly during shifts.

Regularly required to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts lasting over 8 hours.
Must be able to work at heights of 25 feet or more, depending on aircraft requirements.
