Position Overview

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Customer Experience Associate plays a vital role in fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our patrons. As the initial point of contact for our brand, the Customer Experience Associate is crucial in engaging with guests, ensuring they have a memorable visit, and leaving a positive and lasting impression.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
Applicants should be at least 16 years old. While formal education or prior work experience is not mandatory, experience in guest service roles within a bakery, restaurant, or retail environment is advantageous.

Availability Requirements

Candidates must possess the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs fluctuate. Availability to work on Saturdays is essential.
