Pastry Frosting Specialist

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster plays a crucial role in ensuring that our cakes are crafted to the highest standards of quality, while also enhancing the overall guest experience by fulfilling production requirements. Adhering to a proprietary recipe, the Froster is responsible for preparing our signature frosting and applying it using standardized techniques to create visually appealing cakes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare frosting and apply it to all cakes in accordance with NbC's quality standards and time constraints, including those for walk-in customers, special orders, and promotional items.
• Maintain a fully stocked display case and ensure that samples are readily available for guests.
• Keep the frosting station organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Work hours are flexible, typically Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 7:30 pm, with extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Integrity and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a clean workspace.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations, including dress code and personal hygiene.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred.

Availability:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
