The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster plays a vital role in ensuring that our cakes are crafted to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our customers while meeting production needs. Adhering to a proprietary recipe, the Froster is responsible for preparing our signature frosting and applying it using standardized techniques to enhance the visual appeal of our delightful cakes.
Key Responsibilities:
A Froster will prepare frosting and decorate all cakes in accordance with NbC's quality standards and time requirements, including those for walk-in customers, special orders, and promotional items.
The Froster will ensure that the display case is well-stocked, that samples are available for guests, and that appropriate inventory levels for additional cake orders are maintained.
It is essential for the Froster to keep the frosting station organized, sanitized, and operating efficiently.
Work Schedule:
Enjoy flexible hours from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 7:30 pm, with Sundays off. Extended hours may be available during peak holiday seasons.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a strong sense of teamwork, integrity, and initiative. The ability to work effectively under pressure and take pride in one’s work is essential. Strong physical stamina and good organizational skills are required, along with a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and comply with all health and safety regulations, including adherence to dress code and personal hygiene standards. Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
Education and Experience:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.
Availability:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of the business.
