The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Pastry Frosting Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our cakes are crafted to the highest standards of quality, while also contributing to exceptional service by fulfilling production requirements. Adhering to a proprietary recipe, the Specialist employs NbC's unique frosting techniques and food safety protocols to create our signature frosting and apply it to all of our delectable cakes. This role exemplifies NbC's core values and showcases a strong dedication to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
A Pastry Frosting Specialist will prepare frosting and decorate cakes in accordance with NbC's established standards and timelines, including those for walk-in customers, pre-orders, and promotional cakes.
The Specialist will ensure that the display case is fully stocked, samples are readily available, and maintain appropriate inventory levels for additional cake orders.
It is essential for the Specialist to keep the frosting station clean, sanitized, and operating efficiently.
Enjoy great hours from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 7:30 pm, with Sundays off. (Extended hours may be available during peak seasons)

Adheres to all health and safety regulations and NbC policies, including strict compliance with dress code and personal hygiene standards. Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.

Availability:

Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
