About the Role

Responsibilities
">- Administer and manage all aspects of the leave of absence process, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, and other leave programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding leave of absence inquiries and provide guidance on leave policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of leave requests.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on leave policies and procedures.
- Maintain leave trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leave of absence management, including FMLA.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and leave management systems.
Compensation and Benefits
">- The salary for this position is estimated to be between $22.00 to $27.00 per hour.
