About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Distribution Center Stockroom Associate to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments of auto parts.
  • Stock and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Pull and pack orders for customers and internal teams.
  • Operate a computer terminal and navigate software programs.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software programs.
