Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee short-term product forecasting and communicate any discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure order execution aligns with plans, manage stock availability, and optimize delivery schedules to meet client needs.
  • Track orders, monitor delivery processes, and keep clients updated.
  • Gather and facilitate all client requests related to product specifications, value, and quality.
  • Utilize critical thinking to proactively resolve issues and drive continuous operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage payment collections and maintain healthy accounts receivable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with a proven ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and make swift, informed decisions based on varying client and internal partner needs.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to mitigate future risks.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify trends, and connect seemingly unrelated concepts.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid office environment.
