Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Business preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a buying role.

Skills Required:

  • Strong awareness of market dynamics and customer trends.
  • Excellent analytical, financial, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with retail planning and allocation processes.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain robust cross-functional partnerships.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to engage at an executive level.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
