Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection and documentation of patient information
  • Assistance with phone calls and messages
  • Participation in monitoring patients with chronic disease and extended care benefits
  • Assistance with the coordination and completion of patient care plans
  • Compliance with laboratory QC management, waived testing, and other requirements

Requirements:

  • Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or temporary NV LPN license with the ability to obtain permanent NV LPN license
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $40,500 to $79,200 annually.
