Job Title: Quoting Program Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our program around implementing new technology for quoting and customer experience. This role involves revamping the customer UI experience for builders on quoting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery roadmap surrounding new web-based tools for quoting and customer experience.
  • Lead the blueprinting phase, focusing on policy and process development before technical implementation.
  • Prioritize candidates with experience in both business and technology, particularly those with a background in customer experience projects.
  • Ensure alignment with company culture by conducting research, surveys, and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Validate theories and ideas through testing and research before implementation.
  • Collaborate with both business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience at the program level both in business and IT. Customer experience/UI strongly desired (at the program level).
  • Experience building out a delivery roadmap and then executing on it.
  • Ability to work with metrics and a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in supply chain management is a plus.
  • Ability to think about business processes and user experience and the technology that supports it.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and run with a direction.
  • Ability to come in at the strategy and planning stage, tell the story, build the plan and gain buy-in.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, business acumen, ability to speak at the leadership level.
  • Strong communication skills.
