Job Title: Product Manager - Vitamin D and General Medicine

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for our Vitamin D and General Medicine franchise. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market share, and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Vitamin D and General Medicine franchise, including sales enablement support and clinical/scientific education initiatives.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials and messaging to support the strategy, based on current market dynamics and business insights.
  • Monitor franchise performance, identify business risks and opportunities, and track progress to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
  • Support field teams in managing customers through the sales cycle and ensure budget management for individual franchises.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to meet franchise needs and serve as a subject matter expert for field and training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Marketing, with an MBA desirable.
  • 3+ years of medical marketing experience, with at least 1 year in-vitro diagnostic commercial experience preferred.
  • Experience managing the launch of at least 1 product, with 3 preferred launches in-vitro diagnostics experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and capability to prepare and deliver information via PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and technical competencies, with experience in preparing technical reports and product specification information.
  • Marketing experience, including preparation of product support materials, technical and advertising content.
  • Ability to identify, plan, and execute marketing campaigns based on strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with real-time collaboration in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft SharePoint/Teams/cloud-based environment.
  • Data analytics and organization via Excel.
Desirable Experience:
  • Laboratory experience (i.e., lab tech).
  • Diagnostics sales experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Scientific background sufficient to understand/explain product characteristics.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment in which products are sold and regulatory rules as they apply to regulatory agencies such as FDA and Health Canada.
  • Knowledge of the IVD industry in the USA and Canada.
