Job Overview

Perry Homes is expanding into the Florida market and seeking a skilled Outside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers, Realtors, and industry partners.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Marketing: Engage with prospective buyers, conduct sales presentations, and market our communities to Realtors and area businesses.
  2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensure timely completion of contracts, and facilitate communication between clients, mortgage companies, and title companies.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors, industry partners, and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Florida real estate market is a plus.
  • Florida Real Estate Brokers License is a plus.

Salary: Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
