Customer Service and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
- Processing customer orders and resolving any issues that may arise;
- Checking availability of stock and coordinating shipping dates;
- Quoting prices and preparing sales data via computer;
- Collaborating with the outside sales team to prepare price quotes and source products;
- Shipping and receiving duties.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Data entry skills and proficiency in computer software.

This role is available in a normal business hour schedule, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
