Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to provide outstanding service.
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and able to handle financial transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
