Dental Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Lexington Dental Group. This is a perfect position for a Dental Hygienist who is ready to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Strive to provide the best patient experience by delivering exceptional care and service.
- Provide assistants with documentation and the upkeep of records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Listen, empathize, and address all patient concerns, providing clear communication and education on treatment plans and maintaining oral health.
- Oversee operatory set-up and clean-up, including sterilization process, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Take radiographs/x-rays, supporting the dental team in providing comprehensive care.
- Support all Front Desk and Office Managers as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
- State licensure and certification in dental hygiene.
- CRP Certification - Radiography/x-ray certification per state guidelines.
- Well-versed in dental terminology and procedures.
- Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients.
- Compliance with state dental practice requirements, including X-ray requirements, OSHA, and CE training.
- Understanding and compliance with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009.
