Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of programs that are cross-departmental, complex, and have a significant impact on the line of business.
  • Lead development of plans to achieve program goals and provide standardized regular reports, along with custom, ad-hoc reports for special projects.
  • Plan and forecast work to be completed as part of the program, monitor and ensure closure/completion of projects and/or other program maintenance & construction work orders.
  • Negotiate and set productivity and unit cost targets, prepare accurate forecasts, monitor spending, and develop and present variance explanations.
  • Represent the program as a subject matter expert and stakeholder on process improvement teams, regulatory filings, and various stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of job-related experience, including experience in managing budgets.
  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification is desired.
