Join First Student as a Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at First Student, a leading provider of student transportation services. As a Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet of vehicles.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our vehicles, including brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions. You will also be required to follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional shop experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to obtain a CDL (we will train you for this)
  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety protocols and procedures
