Job Title: RF System Performance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled RF System Performance Engineer to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and analyze hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE network.

* Represent the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan.

* Troubleshoot hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.

* Support Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.

* Report issues to appropriate engineers.

* Resolve customer service issues, assist in implementing solutions, and collect drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.

Requirements:

* 7-10 years of experience in RF System Performance.

* Proficient in diagnostic messaging collection with applications like QXDM.

* Post-processing and analysis of drive test data using tools like Actix Analyzer and/or TEMS.

* Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

* Knowledge in MapInfo, Google Earth, ArcGIS, or other relevant geographic information systems.

* First-hand experience using packet capture software like Wireshark or Netscout.

* Experience in finding interference sources using spectrum analyzer and directional antennas.

* Experience integrating and optimizing Ericsson LTE eNB/gNB.

Education/Certifications:

* College degree preferred but not required with relevant work experience.
