Job Title: Retail Customer Experience Supervisor

At Marshalls, we're all about creating an exceptional customer experience. As a Retail Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You'll lead a team of Associates at the front of store, promoting a culture of excellence and driving sales through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
Requirements:
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Capable of multi-tasking
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
