  • Monthly coverage reports and staffing level reviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational functions, TTO, and PWS.
  • Investigating suspicious incidents and coordinating with HR.
  • Providing developmental guidance and support to Access Control Specialists.
  • Briefing the team on new developments and security concerns.
  • Issuing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree with 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.
  • Ability to oversee and supervise 50+ employees.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in operating application software, including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) and polygraph.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to think critically and provide suggestions for operational improvement.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform all duties and functions as specified.
  • 20/20 vision correctable to Jaeger No. 4 type test for both eyes.
  • No color blindness.
  • Normal fields of vision and good depth perception.
  • Correctable hearing to normal level.
  • Ability to stand continuously for 4 hours at a time.
