We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Lead to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer value through our key digital initiatives and implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to foster collaboration and communication.
  • Plan and host regular digital community sessions for customer-facing employees to deepen their skills and willingness for customer adoption of technology.
  • Attend global sessions, including monthly collaboration calls with other countries and bi-weekly meetings with product owners to shape the product roadmap and report on implementation progress.
  • Conduct user experience (UX) research to identify users/customers for research projects and facilitate research events, calls, and activities across the NAM time zones.
  • Collect and address customer feedback to improve our digital tools and services.
  • Provide first-line support for customer technical issues and host regular training sessions for customer-facing employees.
  • Represent NAM in regular user acceptance testing (UAT) meetings to execute test plans, raise defects, and report to stakeholders.
  • Develop and launch regular campaigns to retain and reengage the customer user base, boosting their awareness and excitement for new or existing features in our technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of business experience, preferably related to growth, marketing, digital, customer experience, change management, and other transformation topics that boost company performance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a passion for customer value and a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.
