Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead, VP to join our Enterprise Operations & Technology team. This role will be responsible for leading the development of digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the working backwards documents for a platform product release
  • Use or commission research, studies, and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems
  • Identify innovations and lead test and learn experiments to create platform products that increase customer value
  • Define and measure the KPIs for a platform product
  • Make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio
  • Develop business and platform requirements for a platform component or a narrow product
  • Leverage tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services
  • Determine release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product
  • Identify best practices for continuous product development improvement
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Engineering
  • Experience defining and developing product roadmaps, including product requirements, timeframes, and user stories
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and influence across cross-functional teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets
