- Conduct competitive and industry analysis of digital platforms, software applications, and develop new digital products and services.
- Identify customer pain points through data tracking, analysis, and visualization.
- Analyze business requirements to build user-friendly web and mobile software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Five years of product management experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $166,600.00 to $185,550.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
