We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide scheduling and administrative support for our Finance and Legal leadership team at our Berkeley office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate team meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Legal leadership team, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence.
