Hedy Holmes Staffing Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative III to join our team in the Card Services unit. As a key member of our Central Operations Department, you will be responsible for handling tasks and duties related to Debit Cards and Instant Payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debit Card and Instant Payment Expertise: You will have in-depth knowledge of banking operations, specifically Debit Cards and Instant Payments, including features and functions, detection and mitigation of Debit Card and Instant Payment Fraud, Chargeback Processing, and an understanding of Regulation E.
- Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service, communicating confidently with customers and business partners, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Task Management: You will prioritize effectively, be flexible, and able to change direction quickly, while remaining focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Investigation and Problem-Solving: You will employ logical thinking and problem-solving skills to investigate and mitigate fraud and financial loss opportunities.
- Process and Task Orientation: You will be focused and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high ethical and professional standards.
- Qualifications:
- Credit Check: Successful completion of a credit check is a condition of employment.
- Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 or more years of relevant work experience, with specific knowledge of Debit Cards and Instant Payments a plus.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use various computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
