Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and team supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the store's Assistant General Manager and shift managers to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in restaurant or food industry management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift packages up to 55 pounds.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, and nights.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
