Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a liaison with union representatives on behalf of County management during contract negotiations and document proceedings. You will also assist in collective bargaining issues and work with the Senior Labor Liaison Officer to determine negotiation positions, policies, and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a spokesperson on behalf of the County during contract negotiations and impact bargaining sessions
  • Document all management and union negotiation proposals
  • Maintain control of all tentative agreements in negotiations
  • Work with counsel and union representatives to compile the union contracts
  • Prepare union contracts and wage scales for Board approval

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
