About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Illinois Action for Children. This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support on employee relations, labor relations, and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in employee relations, labor relations, and performance management. They will be able to provide strategic advice and support to management and employees, ensuring that our workplace remains positive and productive.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, labor relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive business results.
- Provide training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees.
Benefits:
