About the Position:
The Client Services Coordinator is an essential member of the Fountain Life team, reporting directly to the Center Director. Acting as the primary point of contact for our members, this role is vital in providing outstanding service at every interaction. Additionally, the Coordinator offers essential administrative assistance to all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide members through their service experience
- Manage phone inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Engage with members to identify and facilitate services
- Ensure exceptional member care while maintaining a premium service standard
- Oversee digital inquiries and collaborate with healthcare providers
- Foster strong relationships with members to encourage long-term loyalty
- Support with order processing and additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Essential Skills:
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to independently resolve challenges
- Commitment to a health-and-wellness-oriented lifestyle
- Availability for a flexible schedule
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service is advantageous
- An Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Familiarity with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial
