About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing various sales operations functions.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company and work quickly within strict timelines.

You will be working closely with customers, Associates, and Management to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately will be essential in processing merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will participate in pricing changes and markdowns, assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, and visual presentations, and contribute to boutique cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous stock or cashier experience preferred
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, learn or adapt to technology, work quickly within strict timelines
  • Physical Requirements: Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift, Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift, Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
