Job Summary

As a skilled Emergency Room Nurse at CareWell Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in assessing and prioritizing patient needs will be essential in making accurate diagnoses and implementing effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including interviews and observations, to identify potential health problems.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements

A graduate of an accredited nursing program, you will possess a current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of NJ. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are also required. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in critical care, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.
