Produce Department Team Lead Opportunity

As a Produce Department Supervisor at Whole Foods Market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our produce team. This includes supervising and delegating tasks to team members, working closely with the produce trainer to build a high-performance team, and maintaining awareness of customer flows and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.

- Maintain a clean and organized department, including shelving and inventory management.
- Open and close the department according to established procedures.
- Ensure timely breaks for team members.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and associates to resolve issues and improve processes.
