As a Retail Operations Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all daily operations of the store, which encompasses:
- Managing store profitability, controlling expenses (including labor, inventory levels, and cash/inventory discrepancies), and minimizing shrinkage.
- Completing daily paperwork and data entries.
- Excelling as a merchandiser; ensuring shelves are stocked attractively, priced accurately, and displayed safely.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training all store staff.
- Motivating, encouraging, and challenging all team members.
- Providing coaching and development to prepare employees for future career paths.
- Ensuring that performance standards are consistently met.

We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 2-3 years of management experience in a convenience store, retail environment, or fast food/restaurant setting. (Experience with budgets and profit & loss statements is a significant advantage)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A passion for building, leading, inspiring, and developing a team of exceptional individuals.
