Hub Driver

Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and adhering to company policies.

• Adhere to delivery schedules and complete shipment logs at each location
• Load, secure, and protect products in the delivery vehicle and transport merchandise safely
• Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets and offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner
• Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition
• Adhere to state and federal break requirements and protect company assets and financial information

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3 years of experience driving and positive customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing, attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and proficiency in applicable technology such as GPS and Time Clocks
• Must pass a background check and be insurable through Hibbett's insurance vendor
