Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Parenting Time Support Specialist to join our team at Ennis Center in Saginaw. This part-time position requires excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work under general supervision of the Program Director, providing parenting time supervision of assigned caseload, working with consumers, their families, and foster families. The role involves gathering required documentation, instructing regarding parenting activities, and assisting with treatment goals, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate or provide timely services and casework needs to all assigned Agency consumers, families, and foster families as required by Program-specific procedures, applicable contract terms, and/or applicable local, state, and federal regulatory and/or other accrediting agencies.
  • Ensure accurate, professional, and timely completion of all required reports, logs, note, and other paperwork as required.
  • Monitor and provide necessary services to Agency consumers, families, and foster families.
  • Ensure accurate, professional, and timely completion of all Agency-required reports, paperwork, and filings.
  • Attend, conduct, or participate in all case conferences, hearings, assessments, home visits, etc. as required.
  • Immediately apprise the appropriate Agency personnel of any potential emergency situation (supervisor and/or Program Director).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience working with consumers in a social-services setting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular business hours set by the Agency.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications or other IBM-compatible word processing program.
  • Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.
Salary Information

Estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
