Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join the Department of Continuing Medical Education, College of Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the development and implementation of medical education programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design and delivery of medical education programs, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and align with the College of Medicine's strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and educational partners.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of medical education events, including conferences, workshops, and online courses.
  • Provide administrative support for program development, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education to develop and implement strategic plans for the department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in program coordination, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
