Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and providing personalized solutions to meet their financial needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We offer ongoing training and support to ensure success, as well as a competitive salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
  • Client relationship development and maintenance to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Cultivation and growth of existing client relationships to increase sales and revenue
  • Industry research and staying up-to-date on trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid life insurance license required; Series 6/66 license preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; insurance sales experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual
