Sunday River Retail is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team as a Soft Goods Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales in our Soft Goods department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in the retail shop, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Be the expert for all soft good products in store, staying up-to-date on the latest merchandise and trends.
- Sell products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Stock floor merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Maintain merchandising displays as needed, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand image.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the overall success of the retail team.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work days, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
- Knowledge of winter sports and merchandise is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
