Qualifications:
  • · Demonstrated experience as a Service Technician or Pump Mechanic.
  • · In-depth technical knowledge of pumps, motors, and associated machinery.
  • · Proficient in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
  • · Experience in disassembling and reassembling pumps and related apparatus.
  • · Possession of basic mechanic tools up to one inch.
  • · Capability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • · Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • · Basic computer proficiency.
  • · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • · Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • · High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • · Background check and drug screening are mandatory.
  • · Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
  • · Experience in machine shop and electrical work is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  • · Primary duties include the repair and maintenance of pumps and rotating machinery.
  • · Conduct disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and documentation of services performed.
  • · Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • · Perform both in-house and field service repairs.
  • · Execute alignments on rotating equipment.
  • · Assemble pumps and related equipment.
  • · Test and verify the functionality of completed repairs.
  • · Prepare equipment for shipment, including painting and finishing touches.
  • · Operate forklifts and other shop machinery.

· Responsible for transporting equipment to and from job sites.
