Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and grounds to identify potential issues.
  • Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assist with furniture moving and other tasks as needed.
  • Perform monthly fire extinguisher and emergency lighting inspections.
  • Program resident emergency pendants and make copies of keys.
Requirements:
