Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality professional to maintain our guest rooms in a serene and orderly manner, adhering to the high standards of The Lytle Park Hotel. This role involves replacing towels and amenities, tidying up after guests, and preparing beds for the night. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to become part of a team that continually strives for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace towels and tidy up guest areas, including turning down beds.
  • Remove bedspreads and arrange pillows, robes, and cards on the bed.
  • Clean the bathroom, replacing any used towels or amenities.
  • Dispose of soiled linen and trash in the housekeeping closet.
  • Report any room deficiencies, such as light bulbs or broken items.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and safe condition.
  • Ensure the housekeeping closet on the floor is organized and tidy.
  • Perform additional duties and special tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Communicate with supervisors throughout the shift to stay informed about rooms needing extra attention.

Qualifications:
Candidates for this position should possess a combination of the following skills and experience:

  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly.
