Job Title: Housekeeping - Lobby Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping - Lobby Attendant to join our team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a Housekeeping - Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Retrieve items from shelves and storerooms, set up cleaning carts with supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clean and wipe windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures in rooms, public areas, and hallways.
  • Use ladders or stools to clean hard-to-reach areas and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Wash shower walls and tubs, clean toilets and stall walls, and wipe exposed pipes, mirrors, sinks, and walls.
  • Replace towels, soaps, and room amenities, and restock literature and other guest supplies.
  • Wash hard floor areas by hand and dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings.
  • Strip and remake beds, check closet cleanliness, and restock guest room supplies.
  • Vacuum rooms, public areas, and hallways, and inspect door and window locks to ensure they are in working order.
  • Inspect room equipment and report any deficiencies to the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Secure and maintain custody of equipment, keys, and supplies, and maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • Must pass a background check.
