Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist.
  • 2 years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Experience working with adults, adolescents, and families with mental health disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and therapies.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
