About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing culturally responsive mental health services to youth and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions to clients, with a focus on culturally responsive care.
  • Facilitate child and family team meetings to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Maintain close communication with other Seneca providers to design and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular supervision and case conferences to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license eligible with the California BBS.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $71,080 - $85,080 per year, dependent on experience.
  • $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
