Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to fulfill the role of Client Services Coordinator within our esteemed financial management firm. This position is integral to supporting the investment management requirements of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Managing incoming communications, including calls and faxes;
  • Welcoming clients, prospects, and vendors;
  • Assisting in the preparation and organization of client meetings;
  • Coordinating client correspondence and scheduling;
  • Overseeing office supply inventory;
  • Supporting the planning, marketing, and execution of client events throughout the year;
  • Arranging travel logistics for business associates;
  • Conducting general administrative duties such as filing and scanning;
  • Providing support to other team members;
  • Offering operational project assistance;
  • Representing the firm at various client and charitable events.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Strong organizational capabilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a focus on maintaining document consistency.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience with customer relationship management software;
  • Familiarity with mail-merge processes;
  • Ability to utilize systems for creating distribution lists and managing workflows efficiently.

Compensation:

Work Schedule:
The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional events outside of these hours.
