Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year
As a Registered Nurse Wound Care PRN with us, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with complex wound needs. Our state-of-the-art facility offers advanced treatment options, and our team is committed to staying at the forefront of medical innovation.
Job Description:We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to work in our Wound Care department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized care plans;
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care;
- Providing education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on wound management and prevention;
- Maintaining accurate records, reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team;
- Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research findings.
- Current Registered Nurse License in Texas (or compact license with reciprocity within 90 days);
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing;
- BSN preferred, but not required;
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross);
- ACLS certification preferred;
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting;
- Wound Care experience and certification are highly desirable.
