Experienced Gender Affirming Clinical Psychologist Opportunity in North Carolina

We are seeking an experienced gender affirming clinical psychologist to join our team at Physician Empire in Raleigh and Durham, NC.
Job SummaryAs a key member of our team, you will work with a full case-load of patients, not exclusive to the LGBTQ+ community. Your responsibilities will include performing evaluations and writing referral letters for gender affirming medical interventions as needed.

Physician Empire offers experienced psychotherapists interested in the private practice model the unique opportunity to tailor their own schedules and client caseloads. We provide billing, marketing, and administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus exclusively on their clinical work.
We ensure a steady stream of client referrals and caseloads that match clinician competencies. This enables you to work with a diverse range of clients while maintaining your autonomy as a professional.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fully licensed PsyD or PhD in North Carolina
- Demonstrated prior clinical experience for a minimum of 2 years
- Prior experience in evaluations and referral letters for gender affirming medical interventions
- Professional experience working with both the WPATH Standards of Care and the Informed Consent Model of care
- Ability to work full time at a minimum commitment of 30-40 available clinical hours per week
Preferred candidates will have experience working with the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
Benefits:- Flexible schedule
We offer a competitive salary based on industry standards and location. Estimated annual salary is around $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
