Key Responsibilities

The Dishwasher/Utility Worker will be tasked with the following essential duties:

  • Efficiently operate the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper cleaning, de-liming, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular trash removal duties.
  • Maintain sanitation logs and promptly report any issues to the head cook or management.
  • Monitor and record the temperatures of wash and rinse cycles during meal service.
  • Wash pots, pans, and utensils as required.
  • Manage food carts, ensuring they are cleaned thoroughly inside and out.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the head cook or management team.

  • Preferred prior experience with dish machine operation or similar roles.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively in English.
